Do I have to check each property separately?+
No. The dashboard rolls every property up into one list, ordered by urgency. When you do want to focus, the property picker narrows the same view — and the stats with it — to a single property.
What decides the order?+
Items are split into two tiers: “Action needed” and “Heads up”. They cover money still to collect, breakage deposits to refund, bookings missing a total, direct guests you have no way to reach, and arrivals or departures coming up. The full list at /app/what-next can also be filtered by property, tier or kind.
Do my cleaners and managers see all of this?+
No. Operators only ever see their own turnover schedule for the properties they work on — never your payments, deposits or guest contact details.
