Common questions
Do my cleaner and manager need an app or an account?
No. Each person opens a link in their phone’s browser and sees their own page. There is nothing to install, no password to reset, and no invitation for them to accept in an app store.
Can operators see my guests’ personal details or my money?
Money is never shown on an operator page. For everything else you decide per person what is visible, so a cleaner can see that four guests arrive on Saturday without seeing who they are or what they paid.
What does a cleaner actually see?
The turnovers that concern them: which dates a stay ends and the next begins, how many guests are coming, and the notes you wrote for their role — access, linen, anything specific to that property.
What if I stop working with someone?
Revoke their link and it stops working, along with anything shared from it. You do not have to change anything for the people who are still working with you.
Can I give different information to different people?
Yes — that is the point of separate pages. The gardener does not need arrival times, the manager may need everything, and each page shows only what you enabled for that person.
