Account & Data Deletion

Stayem is a brand of IncubIQ Solutions Ltd (“IncubIQ”), a company registered in Cardiff, U.K. under number 08788612. You can ask us to delete your Stayem account and the personal data associated with it at any time.

Email hello [at] stayem.com from the email address associated with your account, with the subject “Delete my account”. We use that email to verify the request comes from you. You can also reach us through our contact page.

When we process your request, we permanently delete:

• Your account profile — name, email address, phone number, country of residence, languages and interface preferences.
• Your properties and their details, photos and addresses.
• Your calendars and any connected calendar-sync URLs (Airbnb, Booking.com, VRBO and others).
• Recorded bookings and the payment and income figures you tracked.
• Your guest and team guides, including any check-in instructions, wifi details and access codes you stored.
• Your login sessions and sign-in codes.

We delete your data within 30 days of verifying your request. Copies held in routine encrypted backups are removed on their normal rotation.

We may keep a limited set of records where the law requires it — for example, transaction or accounting records needed for tax and compliance — for the period required by law, after which they are deleted. We do not use retained records for any other purpose.
